HAF

Holiday Activities, Family Projects & Teenager Experiences

Holiday Clubs

We have teamed up with local councils and charities to offer free childcare and hot lunches during the school holidays.

Funding Information
The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme is funded by the Department for Education to provide free engaging activities and nutritious meals to children from reception to year 11 (inclusive) during the school holidays who would normally receive benefit-related free school meal (FSM).

To qualify, you must be eligible for free school meals (FSM) and have placed your booking at least 1 day in advance.

To book onto a club, you will need a CM sports account and to follow the ‘HAF Scheme’ tile in our online booking system. https://cmsports.ipalbookings.com

To book a HAF place at any Hampshire County Council-funded HAF scheme, your child must have a unique HCC HAF booking code. Please visit the connect4communities website for guidance on how to register. Hampshire County Council Unique codes are directly associated with the eligible child registered with Hampshire County Council. Unique HAF codes cannot, under any circumstances, be shared or used by others to book and / or access childcare places. Misuse of the codes will result in them being withdrawn and children unregistered from the programme.

To book a HAF place at any funded HAF scheme from Surrey County Council, Portsmouth City Council or The Isle of Wight Council you will need to the the Eequ booking system and your child will need to be registered for benefit related free school meals at their school

Lunches will needed to be booked each morning when you drop your child(ren) off
