Can I use Childcare vouchers?

Yes, our online booking system will accept childcare vouchers when you progress through to the payment options. Alternatively, we will be happy to accept childcare vouchers over the phone on 02392 987 881.

Can I pay weekly for after school clubs?

To ensure that spaces are available along with the correct staffing ratios, our after school clubs are only payable in termly and half termly block bookings.

I am new to your booking system; how can I register?

When setting up an account with us for the first time you will be asked several Ofsted regulated questions, followed by adding a profile for each child.

This initial setup process will take around 10-15 minutes, once complete our system will remember all of your details. Any future bookings thereafter will be speedy and can be completed in just a few clicks.

Are sibling discounts available?

Our booking system will automatically apply an amount based discount to our holiday clubs that increases as multiple children or price thresholds are triggered.

Can my child try a trial after school session before I commit to the block booking?

Please phone our office on 02392 987 881 and we will be happy to arrange a trial session.

I have missed my first after school club session but the website is still showing the previous sessions, do I have to pay for the sessions I have not attended?

If you phone our office on 02392 987 881 we will be happy to deduct any previous weeks and complete your booking.

Do I have to pick my child up at 3:30 and take them to after school club?

No, your child will be registered straight onto our after school club and you can pick them up from us when our club finishes.

When can reception children start attending after school clubs?

Reception children are allowed to attend the majority of our clubs from after the Easter holidays.

What kit and items should my children bring with them?

General PE kit will be fine for most of our activities – T-shirt, shorts, socks, joggers, jumper/hoodie and trainers.

For Football clubs it is a good idea to also bring football boots and shin pads.

Other useful seasonal items include: sun cream, water bottle, sun hat, gloves, warm clothing, under layers and snacks.

For holiday clubs you will need to provide a packed lunch, snacks, plenty to drink or a refillable bottle.

Can I just turn up to sessions on the day?

Our Ofsted regulated sessions require us to have all the relevant attendee details before they arrive. Our coaches use a live register system that will be instantaneously updated when a new booking has been made. In some cases we may accept people who turn up without booking if we can register you on the spot. However, we can not always guarantee places without a prior booking due to limited spaces on some clubs and pre-planned staffing ratios.

Can I pay by cash?

We encourage payments to be made in advance through our office via the website or phone.
