*Refunds Policy (Updated 21/05/25)*

*Holiday Courses*

If a customer wishes to cancel a holiday course booking, we will credit the course price providing we receive notification 24 hours before the course start time.

*After School Clubs*

We’re happy to issue a refund or credit for any After School Club cancelled within a 2-week ‘trial’ period. After this trial period, we cannot offer refunds for individual sessions due to our block booking arrangements. If the school, government, or circumstances beyond our control cancel a session, we regret that we cannot issue a refund.

*Wrap Around Childcare*

Bookings for wrap-around childcare can be cancelled if we receive notification the day before the scheduled session.
We are unable to offer refunds for individual sessions that are missed/not attended.

*Childcare Vouchers*

If a payment has been made using a tax-free childcare voucher, we cannot offer a monetary refund into a bank account. However, we can offer CM Sports credit towards future childcare.
