The CM Sports Coaching Academy is a Further Education programme that provides young people, with a passion for sports coaching, a unique opportunity to gain both key coaching qualifications and invaluable experience.

Specifically, this includes:

• The core qualifications required to deliver PE lessons in schools.
• A significant work-based placement working alongside our experienced coaches in local school.

Participants will receive regular guidance and will be able to share good practices with our experienced coaches and college staff. You will be encouraged to self reflect on personal coaching practices and ask questions to aid understanding and increase personal development.
