What information do we collect?
Personal information is any information that can be used to identify you. For example, it can include information such as your name, date of birth, email address, postal address, telephone number, fax number and credit/debit card details, as well as information relating to your health or personal circumstances.

We use your information to keep a record of your relationship with us and for internal administrative purposes (such as our accounting and records), and to let you know about changes to our services or policies. There is an unsubscribe option available on any communications sent via. Mail Chimp this includes our newsletter. Please note, the Mail Chimp database is additional to our internal CM Sports registers and therefore please be specific in any requests to be removed.
Who do we share your information with?
We will not sell your details to any third parties. We may need to share certain information with trusted partners including the Hampshire County Council (for instance for safeguarding purposes) and schools your child attends in order to carry out certain professional obligations.
In processing any financial transactions, we may send your details to, and also use information from credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies.
